Team Applying For: Chicago Blackhawks
What is your experience with EHM Leagues? I've been in several leagues in the past 3 years. I have to admit that several closed because they were missmanaged so I'm still looking for a solid league with a good Commish and quality Gms.
On a scale of 1-10, how active will you be? 7-8
Preferred Position: (GM or Player Agent): Gm!
What is your GM-ing style? Short-Mid Term type of philosophy so I'm not the type that will rebuild a team. I like to be competitive rioght away but I always keep in mind the mid term (2-3 years from the present) since I'm not only aiming at winning it all for 1 year!
IF you do not get the team you applied for, who would be your alternate choices? LA Kings

Team Applying For: New York Islanders
What is your experience with EHM Leagues? I've been at it since the beginning of the year. None have gotten off the ground minus the "old" SHL.
On a scale of 1-10, how active will you be? 8.5
Preferred Position: (GM or Player Agent): GM
What is your GM-ing style? Building a young team, mostly internally through the draft while picking up the occasional free agents and keeping the door open to international players. Additionally, if there's an upcoming UFA who I can't afford/have no plans for, trade them out so I get something for him.
IF you do not get the team you applied for, who would be your alternate choices? Atlanta, Florida, Minnesota

Team Applying For: New Jersey Devils
What is your experience with EHM Leagues? I've done several, unfortunately they tend to tank after opening night--I also designed one of these myself--though myself and a league committee added in several factors such as a fair Free Agent scale and NTC rules that had made people confused.
On a scale of 1-10, how active will you be? 7-8 depending on the week. I have found in the past, it's not hard to have this up when I'm on facebook or youtube.
Preferred Position: General Management
What is your GM-ing style? Well, it depends on the team, the Devils are a consistent team, so I build based on consistency. I also have several ideas about trading away assets--mainly, it's something I try to not do unless a situation feels right. Success though is the main philosophy and I look to build on a team that can do that.
IF you do not get the team you applied for, who would be your alternate choices? Probably Nashville Predators--just have a phenomenal defense and I know a bit about their offense as well.
