For Example, I really want Kovy and i want to pay him way more than everyone else but i want his cap hit to be low:
Year: 1 = 20m 2 = 20m 3 = 20m 4 = 17.5m 5 = 17.5m 6 = 15m 7 = 15m 8 = 15m 9 = 12m 10 = 7m 11 = 2.5m 12 = .500k 13 = .500k 14 = .500k 15 = .500k 16 = .500k 17 = .500k
Even though he would be earning way more that any other player , his cap hit would only be 9.68m per year
Even though for the majority of his career he would be earning 15m + per

I have no clue what you mean by that. Increasing salary lowers the cap hit? No.

This is a perfect example.

MY SUGGESTIONS
-We should have re-signings done by 5 different agents.
-Pending Unrestricted Free Agents should be only signed for above market value. This makes it more realistic, and will make for a better UFA Pool.
-No cap circumvention should be allowed.

Maybe not sure about that one

nvmd about the 3rd one I thought it said it should be allowed. I stand by the 2nd and 1st statement I made. Some players would sign to win a cup for less money

Yeah, occasionally. Not all of the time. We shouldn't have pending UFAs signing for less than what they're worth.

I think the agents should decide where players sign period.
