im signing Zhrdev the minute that FA opens Actually, I'm not even sure we'll be doing European UFAs. omg bud a FA is a FA..........he can sign anywhere he wants to becuase he is FREE AGENT

It`s a game, but some Euros have bolted to Europe to play instead of playing in NA. But if a player has said they will be here or have returned, why not allow them to be added to the UFA pool? Doesn't hurt anything.
As for the "cap circumvention" I have no problem, but keep in mind that agreement is for players whose contract reaches their 40th birthday. So if the contract ends at 39, good to go.

It only makes sense. As fun as the Jpavs Vs Genesis threads are, we need to make sure that everyone has the rules (in writing) to make sure that Free Agency doesn't turn into a gong show.
ie, explaining plainly the "cap circumvention" rule this league will follow

i've been in leagues that redid the free agency period multiple times. Cancelling all signings and starting over several times with different rules each time...All those leagues died
