Better then Connoly...I personally put him equal with Kane (not now but in a year or two)...and worse then Hall

Fun facts about me: Started a thread on HF about his potential. Two replies so far: "I think he has 50 goal potential, and will hit 40 on most occasions." "I think there is more than just 10 goals separating 40 goal scorers to 50 goal scorers so I wouldn't set the bar that high. ...but considering he's only the 14th player in OHL history to score 50 goals as a 17 year old, you have to think he's going to be a goal scoring machine in the NHL. Obviously there is more to success than junior numbers but I wouldn't be surprised if the day comes where Skinner is looked at as a lock for 30-35 goals and maybe even more in very good seasons." Also, I have actually seen Skinner play, and these two things ACTUALLY factor into my opinion about a player: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Realityen.wikipedia.org/wiki/StatisticsI also am not a homer...there are plenty of players on Car that I just cannot stand. You said that the Hurricanes have been the best team in the east in the last decade, and that you'd take Staal over Ovie in the playoffs. That is homerism.

Im winning the Skinner argument so just skip to the last line. Being a San Jose fan, you may not be able to understand the following: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winbut, the ultimate goal of hockey is to WIN, you take the player who gives you the best chance to do so, Staal has proven many times he has a better chance to win than Ovechkin, despite the fact that Ovechkin has more

Also, make a poll on HF about Ovechkin Vs. Staal in the playoffs.

by the fact that you are ignoring almost everything I say about Skinner now....if he we're 6' 2" he may have gone 1st overall, since his only flaw appears to be his size

then you are seriously overrating Evander Kane. and I never ACTUALLY said he's better than Hall.. did I? I do think Hall is better, but it's much closer than you think it is

alot of small players are good, toews kane, plekky, cammy, crosby, they all aren't that big?.. Eberle , Hall, Skinner, size isn't everything, as long as they have someone on their line that is big to protect them, than there ya go, was skinner and hall are very close, but Hall would top Skinner in my books.

Ive seen Hall, Seguin, Skinner, Fowler, Pietrangelo, Watson (especially Watson lol) and here is how they rank:
In terms of skill/ability:
1.Hall 2.Seguin (very close to Hall) 3. Pietrangelo 4. Fowler 5. Skinner (very close to Fowler) 6.Watson
In terms of persistency (always going after the puck)
1.Skinner 2.Seguin 3.Hall (tied with Seguin) 4.Watson 5.Pietrangelo 6.Fowler
In terms of "greatness"
1.Hall 2.Seguin 3.Pietrangelo 4.Skinner 5.Fowler 6.Watson
